The Denham Building in Birmingham’s Parkside district has some new tenants coming soon.

Denham’s newest commercial tenants include iHeartMedia, a multimedia company with locations across the country and East Pole Coffee Co., an Atlanta-based roastery and coffee bar expanding to the Magic City.
