The dynamic Parkside location is just minutes from Region’s Field, the award-winning Railroad Park and dozens of restaurants and bars. Easy access to I-65 and other major highways with Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport only five miles east.

Railroad Park

When completed in 2010 after nearly twenty years of debate, discussion and planning, the park – only two blocks from Denham – has redefined Birmingham – it’s our front door and our living room. In less than a decade what was once an industrial wasteland has garnered numerous awards including the Urban Land Institute’s prestigious Urban Open Space Award besting New York City’s High Line.

Regions Field

The 8,500 person capacity Regions Field opened in 2013 bringing the storied Birmingham Barons back to the city center for the first time since 1988 — and with them came energy, activity and excitement. Today, the Barons and Regions Field still host record crowds for most games.

Innovation Depot

A couple of blocks to the north, Innovation Depot is part office, part lab, and part co-working space – all designed for startups.  It’s the largest tech startup in the Southeast – providing amenities such as an onsite game room, gym, rooftop patio, restaurant, and the fastest – for now – Internet in the city.

Good People Brewing Co.

Mere blocks from Denham, one of Birmingham’s first breweries is the city’s home base for some of the best local craft brew. The tap room is open for tastings and tours, and has quickly become the place to celebrate after every Barons home game.

Bakers Row

Our neighbor to the east, Bakers Row is the recent revitalization of the old Merita Bakery that has become home to Under Armor’s local headquarters, the Economic Development Partnership of Alabama (EDPA), and other local businesses.

UAB Campus and Medical Center

With the tagline – “Knowledge that will change your world,” UAB is an internationally renowned research university and academic medical center known for its innovative and interdisciplinary approach to education.

Childrens of Alabama

Since 1911, Children’s of Alabama has provided specialized medical care for ill and injured children. With more than two million square feet, Children’s is the third largest pediatric medical facility in the United States serving more than 600,000 patients from every county in Alabama, 45 states and six foreign countries in the last year.
